Today we woke up to the start of many a snow flurries here in CNY. What is the best thing for snowy, dreary November days?
Comfort food! You have to try this recipe if you love all things fall, especially the food.
Pumpkin Pie French Toast
(makes 4 servings)
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves,
nutmeg and brown sugar in low flat bowl for easy dipping.
2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture on both sides and grill in a pan
until lightly golden brown, about 2-3 minute per side.
3. Serve with REAL maple syrup (preferrably).
4. Snuggle up on the couch next to the fire and ENJOY!
